Terms of Service

This is a placeholder Terms of Service for Vault Code Studio. It exists to satisfy merchant compliance requirements during the initial build phase.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Vault Code Studio website or placing a repository deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All engineering contracts will supersede this generic agreement upon commencement of a project.

2. Deposits & Refunds

The intro discovery call is completely free. Following the call, if both parties agree to move forward, a project deposit will be invoiced based on the selected package (Custom Website Starter, Level 1 Build, Level 2 Build, or Level 3 Build). All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced and are credited toward the total project balance.

3. Intellectual Property

Pre-engineered systems remain the intellectual property of Vault Code Studio unless a full "One-Time Buyout" is purchased. Custom builds transfer ownership to the client upon final payment.
